5/14/2007 KOA Come Camp & Care With Us Event Sets New Records More than 14,500 families registered to camp May 11-12 at 370 participating KOAs in the U.S. and Canada. Those families received a free night of camping on Saturday, May 12. That number topped the previous record of 13,800 reservations set during the 2006 event. The reservations this year resulted in a total of 34,500 camping nights, a 23% increase, at KOAs during the Friday-Saturday weekend.
