Mike Zimmerman, the newest member to the KOA family, came with over 23 years of corporate law and business development experience. Mike began his legal career with Montana Power Company in 1980 and became their Vice President and General Counsel in 1990. He then transitioned to Touch America, when Montana Power Company was transformed to become a telecom company and was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mike is responsible for all legal matters affecting KOA.
