Jef Sutherland is Vice President of Information Services for Kampgrounds of America, Inc., a position he assumed in January 2000. Technology is at the heart of KOA's commitment to offer state-of-the-art tools to its franchise owners and camping guests. Sutherland is responsible for providing information services to KOA internal departments and company properties, as well as providing assistance with computer hardware, software and other related issues to KOA franchisees throughout the U.S. and Canada. Sutherland oversees KOA's technology modernization strategy, which include eKamp and KampSight.
